TARYN'S ADIRONDACK KIDS JOURNAL
My children Taryn & Rachel decided they would like to participate in the website designing.  I therefore decided to create a page for each of them to place their imaginative creations on.  Even though they are not allowed to type on the actual website, they do their designing in Microsoft Word and then I transfer it directly their website pages (after a years worth of typing and designing - I won't even go there).  Their works will appear as written by them, no corrections by Mom, it shows their progression, growth, and perspective of the real world.  This is a family site that is safe for use for children and will remain so.  If your children have questions for Taryn or Rachel or about the Adirondacks, they may send an email to them by using the Contact Us link.   Be advised that any emails sent to Taryn and Rachel are sent first to MOM FOR REVIEW, before the children have access to them.   If parents have any questions, feel free to contact us by email or phone at 518-775-1747.

We brought Taryn and Rachel to Gramma's and Pop Pop's to get ready for the occasion.

The children put on a wonderful music and recorder presentation during the graduation.  After the presentation all the families meant in the cafeteria for cookies and punch.  Taryn was proud of her graduation and rightfully so.
The ceremony contained a slide show presentation and music presentation.

THE THREE GENERATIONS
(Janet, Kim, Taryn, & Rachel)

Taryn did a wonderful job, and Mom wonders why she is able to do the hand jive, but not her math homework.   All the children left after a proud performance at the Broadalbin Perth School district in New York.
At the conclusion of the graduation all the children march along the audience to finish their music presentation.

We had Taryn's choice for dinner; cheeseburgers, noodles and shrimp cocktail. HER FAVORITES.  Taryn opened her gifts and loved all here presents.
Taryn celebrated her 9th birthday on August 8th, 2004. We had a few of the neighbors attend the party along with a few of our guests.

Taryn had a wonderful evening and enjoyed all her birthday presents and birthday dinner.  Rachel discoved she did like something new.

We decided a Back To Basics black and white photo of the birthday girl and cake would make the night.
