Rachel's ready for her downhill run at Royal Mountain in the Adirondacks.
Come enjoy the downhill skiing in the Adirondacks.  Adirondack Wilderness Adventures has two ski centers in our backcountry area.  
One is Royal Mountain Ski Center located in Caroga Lake, and the other is Oak Mountain Ski Center located in Speculator.  
After your day of skiing in the Adirondacks, come back to your backcountry wilderness accommodations for a relaxing evening and prepare for tomorrow's outdoor adventure.

Royal Mountain is the closest downhill ski center to Back To Basics. It is located on Route 10.

Directions:  
Take Left onto Persch Road.
At the end take Left onto County Highway 112.
At the stop sign turn Left.
Take Second Right (along Caroga Lake Shore Road)) and follow down Route 10S.
Royal Mountain will be less then 5 miles down on your Right.

Oak Mountain is located in Speculator, NY and provides great downhill skiing and tubing areas.

Oak mountain also provides a great tubing area.

Directions:  
Take Left onto Persch Road.
At the end take Left onto County Highway 112.
At the stop sign turn Right onto Route 29A & 10.
Follow Route 10.
At intersection of Route 8, take a Right.
Follow to Stop Sign in center of town (Speculator)
Go straight through stop sign and Oak Mountain with be a 1/2 mile down.
